- Shipping charges are calculated through USPS with a small handling charge added. If your shipping and handling fee estimate is off by over $2.00 we will refund you the amount over. All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered according to their delivery schedule.

- All information collected through the process of placing an order is not shared or sold with any other party. For online ordering, we use secure servers and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are pleased that you have chosen to order through us and want to be sure that you are a happy customer. If you are unhappy for any reason with your order please contact us. We can only issue refunds for unopened, unused products, that we can resell. Returns will only be accepted with a return code. If you are returning an item you must email us for a return code. Returns will not be accepted for return or credit without a return code. You can receive a return code either through email or a phone call within two weeks of receiving your order. All returns will be given store credit. Sorry no refunds. Also, shipping is non-refundable.

- We do not have a minimum order amount! All orders should be made through our online shopping cart. If you are looking for a particular item or more of one you already have in your cart, please feel free to contact us. We are constantly adding more items to our store and may be able to get it for you. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We try to make every effort to avoid errors, but some times we make mistakes. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
